**CASTE BASED POLITICS?**…Guru Sahib’s political system nowhere to be seen yet | Dhadrianwale
**CASTE BASED POLITICS**…no room for it in Gurmat – the politics Guru Sahib envisioned is yet nowhere to be seen | ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਅਜੇ ਸੁਰੂ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ | 31.01.17, Tohana Diwaan | Dhadrianwale
We should learn to be composed and stable, without getting over-excited by the promises of any politician. Indeed, after the failures of one political party and then of another, there is no harm in trying an alternative. But a Sikh’s actions should always be within normality, wisdom should shine within a Sikh.
Why? – Because the politics the Guru’s had envisioned is yet nowhere to be seen across India. The politics of Guru Nanak Dev Ji had no room for caste. Currently, the political parties have positions exclusively reserved for so-called “schedules castes”. Certainly any financially underprivileged people should be provided help, but this should not be help on the basis of the caste system, the same caste system which Gurmat eradicates. Guru Sahib Ji’s politics removes caste, but the politics of today promotes caste.
The political system of the Guru’s has not yet been established by any group. Where is the ‘Miri’ based on the ‘Piri’ of Guru Granth Sahib Ji? Sikhs admire the revolutionary principles of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, not the ways of the ‘Gandhi-Manu’ thinking.
This is the answer given by Bhai Ranjit Singh Khalsa Dhadrianwale when questioned why he does not directly support one political party in the upcoming 2017 Punjab Election. Watch the following clip taken from the 31 January 2017 Diwaan that took place at Tohana in the Indian state of Haryana.
